It seems the words ‘private credit‘ are never far from the news these days. According to the headlines, private credit impacts traditional market participants in many ways. But is there real cause for alarm for those of us sitting in regulated banks and insurance companies? Are private credit entities a force for collaboration or competition? What could be the unforeseen impacts?
The IACPM conducted a quick ‘take-the-pulse’ survey to gather its members’ views on private credit definitions, current initiatives and actions, as well as observed challenges and opportunities.
Survey participants received a detailed report with aggregated responses following the close of the survey. Survey findings will guide IACPM’s future efforts in the private credit space and will inform conversations at the IACPM 2024 Annual Fall Conference in Miami, November 13-15.
