ESG & Climate Risk Management Advocacy

• The IACPM responded to the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) consultative document on  “disclosure of climate-related financial risks”.  Please click here to read the response letter.
• The IACPM submitted a response letter (August 2023) to the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) consultations on the initial criteria for financial institutions to set science-based net-zero targets as well as the draft fossil fuel finance position paper.
• The IACPM submitted a comment letter (July 2022) to the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) on Exposure Drafts IFRS S1 General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information and IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures.
