The IACPM provided feedback in ‘Have Your Say’ to the European Commission Communication of 17 July, 2026 on Competitiveness in the Single Banking Market, by highlighting that establishing a deep and efficient risk-sharing ecosystem across all core asset classes can strengthen banks’ lending capacity and competitiveness, and should therefore also be embedded in the agenda.
