The IACPM submitted a comment letter to the BCBS and the IOSCO to comment on the consultative document “Criteria for identifying simple, transparent and comparable securitizations” (D304).

In the comment letter, IACPM describes the important role of securitization tools in the management of bank credit portfolios, supporting the views articulated by other groups as part of the consultative process.
