IACPM Responds to the European Commission’s Targeted Consultation on EU Banking Sector Competitiveness

The IACPM responded to the targeted consultation of the European Commission on the competitiveness of the EU Banking Sector, by focusing on the regulatory barriers to the usage of credit risk mitigation tools, i.e. SRT securitisation, credit risk insurance and credit derivatives.
