Job Title: Senior Director, Global Content and Programming
Remote | Full-time | long-term contract
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary: Competitive with the Market


Position Overview
The Senior Director, Global Content and Programming has a strategic leadership role in developing and executing high-impact, industry-relevant content for conferences, regional meetings, and related events hosted by the International Association of Credit Portfolio Managers (IACPM). This is a thought leadership role contributing to setting and executing strategic initiatives for the Association (meetings, research and advocacy). The candidate for the role will ensure that IACPM’s programming reflects the evolving practice of bank credit portfolio management, meets the professional needs of members, and aligns with the Association’s mission to promote the discipline of Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) including: best practices, innovation, forward-looking risk assessment, and emerging risks and opportunities. The role requires knowledge of the financial services industry and CPM as well as ongoing relationship-building with senior management of IACPM member firms, and other senior industry contacts.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development
• Lead the development of the overarching content strategy for conferences, regional meetings and webinars.
• Refine and develop new content for IACPM’s Online Educational Seminar.
• Identify emerging trends, key risk issues, regulatory developments, and innovations in credit
portfolio management to guide content themes and session topics.
• Collaborate with member institutions, industry experts, sponsors and IACPM’s Board and staff to ensure content relevance and thought leadership.
• Ensure all programming aligns with the Association’s strategic goals and standards.

Event Program Design
• Oversee the end-to-end content planning for Spring and Fall conferences, a range of regional
events, and other special programs (e.g., roundtables, webinars, panels, workshops, Educational Seminar).
• Develop and manage detailed session agendas, including speaker outreach, panel coordination, and content briefing.
• Evaluate attendee feedback and event performance improve programming.
• Coordinate with Director, Meetings & Administration on meeting marketing and logistics

Member and Sponsor Engagement
• Serve as Chair for member committees focused on content, education, or events.
• Cultivate relationships with senior leaders and other contacts at member institutions to solicit input and participation in content development.
• Communicate with IACPM’s Board of Directors to ensure that their ideas on content are
developed and addressed in meetings.
• Coordinate with external speakers and moderators to ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees, including in person at certain global events.

Leadership & Content Management
• Work with IACPM’s senior staff to ensure coordination of content and prioritization of topics and engagement format.
• Coordinate with the Director, Meetings & Administration, and support staff to oversee conference timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of events.

Industry Representation
• Represent the Association at global industry events and serve as a subject matter expert in areas of credit portfolio management.
• Moderate or speak at global association-hosted events as appropriate.


Qualifications / Requirements
• 10+ years of experience within financial services, risk management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of bank credit portfolio management, including credit risk, regulatory frameworks, and financial market trends.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and collaborate with senior
executives and technical experts.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to certain global events.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Job Title: Research Associate – Credit Risk Management

About the IACPM
The International Association of Credit Portfolio Managers is a leading global industry association dedicated to advancing the practice of credit exposure management. Our members include over 150 financial institutions worldwide, such as banks, insurers, and investors managing corporate loans, bonds, and other credit-sensitive financial instruments. We engage with regulators, host conferences and meetings, conduct industry research, and collaborate on issues related to portfolio risk measurement and management.


Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have experience with data analysis and visualization to enhance IACPM’s research function. Experience in the banking sector and/or data process automation is a plus.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful research in support of IACPM’s global and diverse membership. As part of our fully remote team, you will work independently while collaborating with industry experts and leveraging advanced analytical tools to deliver insights in a field that values innovation, forward-thinking, and knowledge sharing. The position offers flexibility to work remotely from the U.S. or Europe and requires occasional international travel.


Key Responsibilities:
• Support IACPM’s comprehensive research and benchmarking studies on credit portfolio management and related fields.
• Prepare detailed research reports and presentations by taking ownership of ongoing projects and supporting the Senior Director, Research in her role.
• Identify and implement advanced analytical tools to enhance research efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members to assist with ongoing initiatives.


Qualifications / Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly an advanced level of expertise with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools such as SurveyMonkey, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, or Access is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on automation and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for data and research, and the ability to embrace emerging issues in the ever-developing financial industry.
• Adapt to evolving team needs by taking initiative to support colleagues and projects outside of traditional role boundaries.
• Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S. or EU/UK without sponsorship.
• Must have a dedicated workspace at home.
