Norbert Jobst’s Biography
Norbert Jobst is a Managing Director for Portfolio Analytics, Client Products at Lloyds Banking Group’s Commercial Banking business. He joined Lloyds in 2008 and is responsible for the development of pricing methodologies and models, the analysis of client needs and profitability, balance sheet management tools, including the analytics to support asset distribution/structuring activities. As part of his role he is leading the work on climate change analytics and he oversees the Commercial Bank’s strategy, innovation and external partnership activities. Before joining Lloyds Norbert supported Point Carbon SA on the role of Rating Agencies and related opportunities in the Carbon Market. Prior to that, Norbert held positions at Standard & Poor’s and DBRS where he led research and development of structured rating methodologies. He has published in leading journals and also co-authored The Handbook of Structured Finance.
